Shea Butter

What is Shea Butter ?

Shea butter is an extract of the West African shea tree. This tree produces fruit that contains almonds from which the shea butter is then extracted.

What are the attributes
of Shea Butter ?

Its primary function is to nourish skin and to protect it from dryness by leaving a protective film on the surface. Shea butter contains unsaponifiables, active ingredients with softening, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. This antioxidant is also composed of a cocktail of vitamins A, D, E, and F, as well as latex for preventing skin-ageing and improving elasticity by triggering cellular renewal.
